9:00 To 12:00

Event Description

We hope that you will join us for our inaugural event! Our hope is that through events like these, we will help local churches and Christians to better understand and care for one another.

Anxiety and Depression are common in today’s world. For some, they’re merely an annoyance, but for others they can be debilitating. Many people in the church have no idea how to help someone suffering with anxiety or depression. But there is great hope in the gospel. God loves helping those who are hurting, and he loves doing this through loving relationships among his people. Join us for this equipping event as we help you understand just what anxiety and depression are, and how to help those who suffer.

Alasdair Groves of CCEF New England will be our keynote speaker. He holds an M.Div. in counseling from Westminster Seminary and is the director of the CCEF School of Biblical Counseling.

Individual – $20 each

Married couples – $30 per couple

Group Rate (5 or more) – $12 each

After the seminar, there will be an informational lunch for anyone who would like to know more or get involved with the Boston Center for Biblical Counseling (BCBC). We’d love for any local pastors or anyone else who is interested to please stay for this time with Alasdair Groves and BCBC Director, Fletcher Lang.
